We are respectfully advising that this quality legacy company, founded in 1977 by the late Vaughn Leslie, will be ceasing operations on Thursday, January 31st, 2019.
However we are proud to announce that effective February 1, 2019 all current ACS employees and adjusters will remain working and offering their field appraisal and adjusting services as employees of another quality, Tennessee-based, independent adjusting company, Tenco Services, Inc.
Tenco was founded in 1947 by the late Joe P Moss Sr. and continues today as a family, property and casualty claims adjusting company located throughout the southeast US.
Please continue to send your assignments to the same email, fax and telephone numbers of Appalachian Claims Service. All such new assignments after January 31st, 2019 will be handled and reported under the name, ACS Tenco.
All the service rates and agreed handling instructions which Appalachian Claims Service (ACS) has had with its clients will be honored and accepted by ACS Tenco on new claims starting this Friday, February 1st, 2019.
Thank you for continuing your east Tennessee claims service with the same Appalachian claims personnel who have been handling your claims for the past many years.
